Although our reception was bordering on rude, other staff did well by us to smooth over the affront. That said, we did have our cat in a bag on our back, and the aforementioned rudeness was due to pets not being allow inside. A private table was set up for us in the breeze way, and though the day was sweltering, the breeze blew through refreshingly. Wines were exceptional! Walked away with a membership as a matter of fact. Grounds are gorgeous. Lots of seating inside and out (shaded). Was told they are also a part of Harvest Hosts. Oh yes, and they are pet-friendly. Outside only please.

Loved the winery so much that we became members. There's not much not to like. Great vibe all around with friendly servers and staff. Food is excellent and when they host live music it's just a great place to hang out with friends and family. Keep up the good work!!!

This place is an amazing gem nestled somewhere between san antonio and Houston- beautiful settings/views. Their food is amazing, we went in the winter and had their chilli and charcuterie plate. All great. Their service is top and they have a very nice selection of gifts in their store. Loved the tempranillo !!

This is one of the rare times We write a review, meaning, We love this place. We have very few TEXAS wineries that We absolutely love and this is one of them. What drew me here was the fact that they said they have a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the texas high plains. Normally they come from that state whose bleeding citizens at the moment to Texas ( California ). We took the 2 hour trip to Majek winery and We were not disappointed, We did the tasting and ended up ordering a bottle. We are now fans. Might sign up for there club or just order bottles for the holiday ( yes this makes a great holiday wine for Family fun time, put the kids to bed) .
