Terrible customer service. NEVER using them again. very rude staff... Import agents Savi Ramjit worst of them all. Truckers spending 6-8 hours in line before picking up cargo. Ridiculous !!

Extremely inconsiderate and abusive behavior towards contractors. No bathroom provided, Extremely long processing time. Simply inhumane. I'll be submitting a complaint to Lufthansa regarding this matter
