The view is beyond amazing. Sitting on the porch listening to the sounds of nature, looking off into the field with nothing blocking the views and the stars at night is just what I needed. Even with other families there it was like we were alone. Everyone was polite and took everyone into consideration when at the pool. I will for sure be returning as soon as I can. Thank you FlopHouze for an amazing weekend and creating such a beautiful place.

This property was so unique and charming! Our Group had the entire property, farmhouze and containers. The farmhouse was so comfortable and nice appointed. Wonderful appliances in the kitchen, nice grill outside, lots of great furniture on the porches to enjoy the views and details such as robes for everyone! Beds and pillows were cozy and comfy. Containers were all well appointed and very quiet. Overall, this is a great experience and we would definitely come back when we do another girls trip to Round Top. Matt the owner, was so gracious and kind.

What a blast and a perfect location for our trip to shop Round Top! Out of the way of the craziness of the market but a 4 minute drive to the hundreds of vendors, we absolutely adored our stay with Matt [and the cows!] at Flophouze. We never stayed in a shipping container before, and found it super comfy. My husband had to work 3 of the days we were there, and the wifi was great. Matt even let us hang in the big barn after our required check out time to finish work/using the wifi. Waking up to the cows in our doorway was such a cool experience. We've already begged him to let us have first dibs on the fall dates! Don't miss this unique stay. You won't be disappointed! - Jaclyn & Anthony

We were there at what I guess would be an off-season time (given the pool and all the outdoor furniture, which looked so fun) since the temperature hovered around freezing. The heat had been turned on when we arrived, which was so welcoming. The container was light, airy, well-furnished and the decor was fun. Beds were very good and we were toasty under the duvets. The bathroom was very up-to-date and nice. Wi-fi worked well. Kind of wished we were staying longer or were there with a group in the summer. Of the 6 places we stayed on our long trek from Florida to Arizona, this one was the best. Note: this was a non-hosted property. We encountered a couple of these on our trip. Not an issue, but good to know.
