I've been seeing cute sunflowers looking down at me every time I drive by the building but never thought there was a public garden! Its beautiful, the views are amazing! Great views of the city, Bk, and Queens. They do have benches where you can sit relax and take in the beauty of veggies and flowers and NYC ever changing skyline. They also sell local honey and vegetables.

Picking up our farm share is one of the highlights of my week. The veggies are outstanding, the flowers are gorgeous, and the people who work there are friendly and knowledgeable. My 1-year-old loves walking up and down the rows of crops, and he especially loves eating the goodies when we get home!

Hi Fany! We are open to the public on Saturdays (11am-4pm) from May to October here at our Long Island City location. We sell our freshly grown produce, hot sauce, and honey!

Hi Laurence! Yes, we have a Saturday market in LIC that is open to the public on Saturdays from 10 am - 4 pm. That market will close once our harvest season is finished on October 31st. There's no registation or tickets required to attend the market. Simply swing by during those open hours and enjoy the views and veggies.
Hi Carla! Thanks for reaching out. We do not sell indoor plants or live herbs. But we do sell starter plants occassionaly to some local retailers we partner with, and we typically have freshly harvested herbs available via our farmers markets. Thanks! Eric and the BG team
Hi there, Yes, we do have bee hives at our farms. Our apiaries are located on the rooftops of New York City buildings and are registered with the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets. We operate nearly 20 hives for our farming business, where we harvest the honey for sale at our weekly farm stands. These hives are located on our rooftop farms in Brooklyn and Queens, as well as on neighboring buildings in Long Island City and in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Best, The BG Team
