Positive: The staff was very nice Negative: Was giving a handicap room that smelled awful when we opened the door. Went to the desk immediately and requested a different room. The clerk apologized and gave us another room. It didn¿t smell very pleasant, but was better than the first.

I was embarrassed that two other family parties stayed at this hotel in my recommendation. The cleanliness of this hotel is extremely bad. The elevator looked it hadn't been cleaned in years. The pictures from the hotel site did not match the actual condition of the hotel building, hotel rooms and hotel grounds. This hotel has seen better days and the proprietors would do well to spend some serious money on updates based on what they charge for the rooms. I doubt I'll ever stay at this location on any future visits to Corsicana.

Entire hotel smells like mildew and piss. Several of our rooms had bed bugs and one of them was flooded. Did not provide toothpaste at the front desk when requested (that’s a weird one). The water fountains are broken which I’m pretty sure is either an ADA or health dpt violation. The guest mens restroom is inaccessible because the door is broken.

The staff were friendly and helpful. A tornado was predicted and the staff were re-assuring and gave good advise. The tornado did not come to Corsicana in the end. We really liked the hotel but the location while having good highway access was not in a particularly good location
