I purchased two grow kits - the blue oysters and the lion's mane. Unfortunately neither kit produced a single pin. I followed the instructions the best I could tell, but they are quite vague. For example, it says it is ok if you cut into the substrate a little, but what is "a little"? 1/8 inch? 2 inches? It was also not clear if I should mist the substrate with the plastic flaps closed or open, which drastically affects how much water collects in the bottom of the bag. I gave three stars because they did replace my first kit free of charge bc it had white fuzzy mold growing in it They also answered some of the growing questions I had. However, they never responded to my second set of questions about how to mist the substrate. I like their mission, but they need clearer instructions (a video would do wonders) and to be a bit more responsive to questions.

Received notice on Dec. 22, 2021 that order was shipped and on its way - even received a tracking #. 4 weeks later and the shipment still shows label created and we have received NOTHING. I have emailed twice with NO response. Be careful. They have my $$ and will not respond. They have no phone # to contact them, only email.
