We do offer competitive self-pay rates for patients without insurance. An office visit starts at $110 but may increase based on what services are required. Hello David, thanks for reaching out! The cost of our DOT physical exams is $95.00. Unfortunately the cost of the exam stays the same regardless of when your DOT card expired.
