I would like to report unprofessional conduct on the telephone. I've been a faithful customer of your business for over ten years. Normally, I go into the store but I called this past Sunday (8/21/22 ) many, many times and no one answered the phone and finally when someone did pick up the phone they were very rude, sarcastic, impatient, and completely unprofessional with me. I urge you to look into this matter, as quickly as possible as the attitude of your employees, is not only going to results in the loss of my business but rather faithful business of all others who have the same or similar compIaits and all who I personally plan to discourage from shopping at your very unprofessional establishment... I'd like to remind you that your business has flourished because of faithful and loyal patrons like myself, so it won't be the loss of one customer but rather MANY.. there are plenty of liquor stores such as yours that provide the same products without all of the terrible and unacceptable attitudes.. Currently your new delivery and staff on the floor is truly destroying your reputation and good standing with your customers, and believe me I know of many many others who are equally as dissatisfied with your establishment, this will no longer be tolerated by myself or others... I'll take my business elsewhere... take some good prudent advice... HIRE EDUCATED, WELL SPOKEN, PROFESSIONAL DELIVERY AND FLOOR STAFF OR ELSE SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES. Sincerely, Craig. S
