WORST BANK EVER. Wells Fargo had changed a legal agreement back in 2018 regarding a loan WITHOUT my consent. I was never contacted in regards to this update they did. I had called headquarters and reported the issue on a recorded line. I had written proof, emails, calls, etc to back me up. The Wells Fargo headquarters just said they, "didn't recall the update and expected me to honor their recent change in agreement." They said nothing about illegally "updating" terms to an agreement. The balance is nearly paid but if it weren't, I can't image the amount of shady business practices that go on at Wells Fargo as a whole company. I know now why they are always in the news.

Went to cash my check at the drive thru at about 4:25 on 2/15/22 The black woman said it is for customers and that i need to go to the lobby. I said it is a welsfargo check. She claims I had to go to the lobby to cash it. I said it sounds stupid. About 4:30 I went into the lobby to cash my check. I waited in line. The cashier said that they require 2 forms of ID to cash my check. I said that their is no sign that says that you need 2 forms of ID. She refused to cash my welsfargo check. It all sounds made up. Welsfargo is such a trash bank. Welsfargo shouldn't issue checks it doesn't want to cash. This is after being messaged over and over by Wells Fargo to cash the check. They sent us these checks so that we don't sue tgem for charging us for nothing

Horrible location. My company banks here so I don’t get a choice. I’m never greeted at the commercial drive through. Not a hello or thank you EVER. The line is always to long & the wait time can be between 10 to 40 minutes long. You don’t even get a thank you for your patience. I once said “wow it took 35 minutes today. He replied back YEP “. Wow such rudeness. He should be fired for poor & slow service. I understand people have all kinds of transactions but this is ridiculous.
