The staff were amazing and kind. However, Dr. Trombly was awful!!! During a tooth extraction I was crying in pain and he literally slapped my arm and told me to stop it! And told me it didn't hurt. No empathy. Terrible, torturous experience. I already have severe anxiety about sitting in a dentist chair let alone oral surgery. Never again!

10 years ago he extracted 6 teeth(I believe) and swore he had the hands of an angel. I was treated with kindness dignity and respect. Yesterday I returned for 2 more and figured I would remind them I had a reaction to the gas last time and required less. Somehow that turned into I wanted to get thru with minimal gas. When I tried to let them know I could feel pain I was told I wasn't, and then talked down to. The pain has been awful, and absolute hell since the Novacaine wore off. I called the office today and he literally laughed at me, implied I was lying about vomiting because I said I haven't eaten since novacaine wore off.... Yesterday was yet another dental trauma that will prevent me from seeking further care. I was terribly dissapointed by this experience.
