Worst practice. Completely disorganized. No one ever answers the phone there and the their main goal is to cycle through as many patients as possible. My primary care physician(Dr. Rountree ) left the practice recently and Dr. Jessica Marino would replace her as my primary care doctor. I had blood work done and dr. rountree never called me to discuss it as she said she would and I was charged for some items on my labwork when it was preventative and should be covered 100%. I contacted the practice to speak with Dr. Marino but her response was that because “I don’t have any upcoming appointments with her, and don’t know how to change lab charges I can’t call her”. So she wants me to pay her for an appointment when there’s absolutely no medical reason to.. or she won’t discuss my results or changes with me. Sounds ethical? And I’ve called the practice 6 times in the last week. Always the runaround. Saying this person or the practice manager / Demi will contact me. Waste of time. Save yourself the stress and find a practice not affiliated with a hospital. AWFUL.

I’m very upset with the patient care a family member received at this facility. Working in the medical field my self I was shocked with his experience and the patient care he received! He went there after having a horrible cough and body aches and a fever for 4 days. They didn’t even give him any antibiotics or nothing told him to take Tylenol and gave him a cough suppressant. They did tests but never even called back with results! As of yesterday he has a very bad case of pneumonia!!!!!!!! I will never let any of my family members come to this place anymore! A normal walk in facility took care of him better than a high class center! Save your families lives don’t go here! All they care about is to charge your insurance!!

Like they said only go if you truly have to go, we when Monday the 26th we spend three hours and half waiting , the registration desk he was nice but the nurses are so rude , we got to see the doctor for 5minutes only she was nice . But overall it’s a waste of time there we got there 3:45pm and left 7:15pm

They make you feel like a burden for coming. I was completely misdiagnosed with a condition much worse than it actually was causing me to panic for days.
