Honestly this place used to be heat, Now the foods beat. Hit the drive thru at midnight got a burrito it wasn't rolled, just kinda smashed in the bag and looked genuinely stomped out. Used to be a great spot now they just handle your food however especially if you use the drive thru.

My main issue was due to the phone app not sending my order in yet putting hold on credit card. Was ok next day, but previous evening I was miffed about having to reorder and I paid cash. While the app was frozen.

how come the system is always crashing ?? every now and then I go around 11 pm or so and get a told that the system is down and aren't able to take any orders. Is this the actual system or do you guys just shut down everything trying to leave early?

Just go earlier. They close at 12, so they will always tell you that the system is down. It is never down, Ive worked at a Taco Bell and if the system is ever even having issues the District manager will come and figure it out immediately so they don’t miss out on sales. Everyone who tells you this is sadly just a lazy good-for-nothing.

Why is the wait time sooooooo long??? When you get to the speaker you wait 10 min before they take your order. It seems to me that need management to push for faster drive thru times and less waiting when you get to the window. Wait time 30 min 👎

They just want you to drive away because theyre lazy. Dont come here at night. The morning crew is absolutely perfect, night crew are lazy thugs who take themselves too seriously to ever be polite to anyone, or to rush when they do anything. Its sad.
