If I could do zero stars that is what they would get. First appointment was cancelled cause the doctor was sick. They had no one else to see my husbands aunt. So a gentleman rescheduled her and failed to do his job.so when we showed up for that appointment low and behold she was not on their schedule.So the patient advocate said she would get her a lyft for her next appointment so I would not have to take off of work. Mind you this lady knew we lived on Mabank.So the day the appointment came lyft did not show up. Thats the day after all the flooding we had . Said they were scared of the floods. Mind you that already went down. So that leads us to today. Appointment was rescheduled. Well now she can not be seen cause they have no one lyft or uber willing to drive that far to get her. This is complete bullshut and would not recommend this facility to anyone.
