Hey! I got a pixie cut from Kassandra. The haircut was decent but the vibe was not great esp for a 80$ haircut. She was cold and not welcoming. :( This is troublesome if "It`s all about human connection." as they state. Can't speak about the other stylist.

Hi John, you may come in with your hair clean, in its natural texture and how you normally style it. Then we can find products we have here that we can use to wash/style your hair.
