We walked in the store and they greeted us and let us shop around for 25 minutes. When we went to check out the lady said that the store was not open to the public and only open to licensed cosmetologist, that we would have to present proof of that before purchasing a comb and nail polish… absolutely insane. Why not state that the moment we walked in? Or have a sign clearly stating ‘Not Open to the Public’. I thought she was joking at first. Complete waste of time.
