Agora Realty is one of the best companies out there to scam their clients/tenants. I recall my girlfriend showing up on time for a tour of one of their apartments, only for her to be left waiting for 30 minutes with no call or show of Agora. When her and I finally got a tour of a different apartment, and were about to move in, they had called us at the last second to say that the apartment we were shown was already taken by another tenant. We ended up with the downstairs apartment instead but it was nothing like the one we were shown. I now live in a place where the sink has clogged and flooded my kitchen after only one week, and the fridge acts like a freezer even at the lowest setting. If you call Agora to have them resolve any issues, call again to confirm that they are actually going to do something about it. I have been stood up many times by these people. They have no standards whatsoever and simply do not care about their tenants or their living conditions.

This place is ridiculous my apt flooded I lost alot of stuff and they wouldn't work with me on my rent for Oct 2022 had to pay full amount even though I can't enjoy my apt comfortably my floor is all concrete cause nothing has been replaced as of yet

This company is a mess do not rent from them they have been fixing a repair for 4 months still not fixed and they like to put notices on tenants doors when they pay there rent also they let anyone in your home when you are not home with out first giving a proper notice 48 hour notice paper look some where else for a place to live
