Mr. Webb held up his words about handling my case and winning for me and he did. Only thing I can say is breathe while you are going thru your waiting period. Mr.Webb told me exactly what was going to happen and also told me to be truth full at the same time. When he found out that we won he even called me the same day. Thank you for all your work and having to deal with me. I would highly recommend this Franklin Office cause he told me in the beginning we won't take a case not unless we think we are going to win.

We were referred to the Law Offices of John Nicholson by a friend that both she and her son had been very happy with. Atty. Daniel Webb was our attorney and from the very first conversation with him I knew my daughter was in good hands. She has a complicated health history and he always treated her with dignity, was supportive, and up to date on what was happening. When it was time for court he talked her through what was expected, how to answer the judge and not to be nervous that he would be there. Even after the case was won, he still was there to answer questions. If you need a disability lawyer, we highly recommend Daniel Webb. Gwen Lebovitz

My attorney and the team at the Law Offices of John T. Nicholson were so amazing through the entire process of my disability claim. From start to finish, they made a very stressful situation in my life so much easier. they were easy to get a hold of, easy to talk to and always made the complex legalese easy to understand. I truly can't thank them enough for everything! I am so grateful.

Unfortunately that is out of my hands. You might want to reach out to you local Congressman to change the law or call the local SSA field office for more information as to the exact income limits.
She would need to have worked 20 quarters to be insured for SSDI (the other type of disability). Obviously a child would be unable to work and achieve the work credits. The child would be unable to receive benefits unless something changes with the parents' income or he turns 18 years old. Thanks, -John
