Reviews almost scared me out of going but this location is perfectly fine! Phlebotomist was polite and made nice conversation. Draw was quick and painless and she was clean and followed all protocol as far as I could tell! They also test often for Covid to make sure they are safe to work which is nice to know.

Compared with nurses at Yale’s East Haven blood draw stations, two female nurses that I encountered here were extremely rude, cold, and unprofessional. They treat me without patience and respect; they also got the protocol wrong. I double checked with other nurses at other Yale draw location, the way they treated my order was not right. Just FYI, I suggest you to go to another location to avoid being treated with cold faces. As far as I know, the East Haven draw station is way much better.
