So I live in Florida, and usually once a week I place an online order from my local First Watch. I had been waiting inside the restaurant for 15 minutes for my order when someone came to check on me and they told me they didn’t have an order for me at all. After further investigation, we discovered that somehow while placing the online order for my local store for whatever reason it got sent to this PA store. My local First Watch quickly took my order, I paid for my order and within 10 minutes I was out the door. The manager told me if I just call this other store in PA they will more than likely be more than happy to issue my refund since I’m all the way in FL and it was a mistake. It’s been now over a week and I’ve yet to receive my refund. Each time I’ve called im given a run around as to why no one can help me immediately. They claim to take my information and that I will hear back from someone but I’ve heard nothing.

I usually love First Watch but I likely will never go back to this location. We were here on a Friday morning and waited 1 hour 15 minutes for lukewarm food in a medium busy dine-in situation. My overcooked omelet had shallots in it that weren't peeled or sliced all the way through and still had their roots on, but what was I going to do, send it back and wait another hour? I cut the shallots myself. The waitress avoided coming to tables because everybody was mad at the wait, and therefore coffee didn't get refilled and no one knew what was going on; when she finally did come by she said the wait was because of DoorDash orders being prioritized over customers in the restaurant. Completely outrageous policy and it is to the detriment of a really good restaurant. Obviously being rushed is affecting the quality of the food and service. The staff are obviously very stressed about the situation, and I don't blame them. I won't go back here unless there is evidence that management is changing their policy.

Yesterday was the first time I have ever been to First Watch, and boy let me tell you, IT WAS THEEE BOMB. Portion sizes were spot on, food and drinks came in a timely manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Not to mention our waitress was super cute.

It was so busy that the wait for food was 1 hour and 30 minutes. We were told that ordering online would be faster. It wasn’t… The site forced our pickup to be 1 hour and 30 minutes after the time of order, then since I was putzing around looking for a coupon, it pushed the order back 15 more minutes! The food was good but not worth the cost or the wait. Aye-yai-yai…
