The staff were too busy conversing to be concerned with the order. We were rushed at speaker box the girl acted as if we were bothering her. Chicken was cold. The blizzards we're slopped over the cup and we didn't even get napkins.

Karisa was the lady who waited one me. She was very friendly and kind. The food and blizzards were great. We were just traveling through on our way home to Ohio. Thank you Karisa for being so friendly.

Food is always freshly made. All of the employees I've encountered have great customer service skills. This is the cleanest Dairy Queen I've ever visited.

She flipped the oreo blizzard upside down, showing it's ability to stay in the cup. Well, I'd rather it been more melty and totally mixed. Bottom of the cup was 3 inches of straight ice cream! My wife would have been happy with 3 inches but...Hi Lars, we're sorry to hear we did not satisfy your cravings during your last visit. We appreciate your feedback.
