You can contact JC for a complimentary consultation and they can discuss their program with you. I have 2 teens in the program. It's wonderful.
Is it's different package prices like how mandatory classes you need which are acting modeling and reading for comercials training...also how many different photo looks you want in your portfolio
You do not have to pay to apply, but you have to pay for the classes
It's a 12 week program. 400 roughly for deposit and 100 a week after or there's a discount for paying all at once. Worth it tho as you'd make it back should you actually pursue a career
I’m currently enrolled for commercial acting. There actually is limited seating, classes are smaller and more personalized so you are actually getting one on one time with your instructor. There are no classes during the summer and the class I’m in has quite a few of the JC models. People think it’s a scam because they think this is an agency and it’s not. It’s a school. There is an agency, and after completing your schooling you can sign with them and they will market you. I will be getting my portfolio, resumé, and a reel done upon completion. (The reel is separately priced, at quite the discount). I am very happy currently, as a student.
It is a modeling and acting school. They make weekly payments of approximately $115 for 14 weeks. If you pass the courses...make up, runway, television, hair, then you graduate. They do not get you jobs. You must submit your name for the jobs they post.
I am just a guide on Google but my sons have gone through the program. JC here is like a school with tuition. You need to enter the program and graduate. Once you do this then they will market you. So I guess the answer is yes. Also, CT is independently owned and operated. It is not a chain.
Not if they are sure they can make money with you. Then theyll just skip you to a larger agency. Thats what happened to me in 2004. I didn't attend one day of school. Straight to nyc.
