Life changing experience. Dr Goodman is a deeply empathetic physician.He listens and created a Phenominal program for me which helped me lose 35 pounds of fat and 29 inches from all over my body. I went from a size 18-20 to a fit size 12. I learned how to to change the way my body digests food in order to eliminate excess calories all through Assimilation of foods. Cannot say enough positive words about Dr. Goodman and his highly enthusiastic, encouraging staff. I came into Dr. Goodman’s office in March of 2022, after doing a through google search, weighing the most I ever had in my life feeling defeated and basically at rock bottom. After my initial consultation with the good Dr I came out with hope that I could get back on track and feeling good. As of today, I am down 25 LBS and back in the gym consistently with confidence. Any time there was any doubt in my mind of being able to cut the weight Dr. Goodman and his staff (Janet and Kerri) specifically were there to give me a boost and pick me up mentally and physically. Dr. Goodman is so through in his explanations and breakdowns of what is going on in your body and why. Once his explanations made sense to me, I began to believe that’s why I’m a true supporter of this program and confidant in the way I look again. None of this would have been possible without Dr. Goodman and the hard working staff in his office. There is never a dull moment here and Janet is always my go-to for a good laugh or a serious discussion about anything. Kerri is beyond terrific at balancing all the appointments and working with your schedule to make sure there’s never an issue or a wait for you to be seen. Overall, I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking to gain back confidence in themselves and looking to get back on track. If I can see results here anyone can.

I highly endorse Dr Goodman. After 12 short weeks I am off Cholesterol medication, High Blood pressure Medication and I am no longer pre diabetic. I lost 25 pounds of fat and I am so thrilled. My husband Who is an endocrinologist is absolutely amazed at my progress. I lost at least 30 inches from my back, arms and Midsection and my skin is tighter, all from the red light therapy. Dr. Goodman is a phenomenal weight loss doc that will actually help you get results that last. Instead of drops under the tongue or starvation diets, he has you work on a real plan eating real food and still losing weight. He's not super expensive, and he will even answer the phone after hours and go way out of his way to help a patient with a problem.
