This is a nice state park and the rates are decent compared to other states pricing. The roads are all paved and most sites have a concrete pad. BEWARE of sites 43 to 57 if you have a large RV. It will be difficult to get parked if you have a big RV. We have a 42 ft long 5th wheel and we chose site 49 along the lake and it was extremely difficult to back in. Fortunately we arrived during the week and the park is almost empty, but the weekends turn into party central with multiple cars at individual sites with some on the roads!

You may want to book in advance especially on holidays
It is the same price tent or RV. And no camping off lots allowed. No primitive
They don't charge for "fishing" they charge $2 a car day pass..
Someone will be in the office on Saturdays
I'm not 100% sure. But you can call the campground, they are very helpful. For booking, They want you to use reservations america.
3pm. But if ur camp spot is open they would let u check in early
New campsites are still under construction as of August 1st. It didn't look like they had much more to do before starting to open some of them.
Between 23 dollars to 30 dollars a night we had a great weekend
Not sure, I didn't ask.
Yes
I believe it's 25 a night but I could be wrong. Call and ask them to double check.
$26 per night
There's primitive area near the front to the left as you pull in
Open grills at camp sites and pavillions
More fresh than salt but if you have a boat, saltwater is only a short boat ride away.
As with any water way you have to be aware of nature. I'm sure they are there but we have never had any problems.
$28 on top and $35 by water spots. We go every other weekend... With camper or tents
Don't know. I've only been there for day activity.
Yes
You may have dogs as long as they are on a leash at all times. No tieing to trees
The sites that are in the front of the park are first come first serve. The water sites are by reservation only. To check site availability, unfortunately you do have to call the office, but you can pull up a map of the entire park on the website to see what sites you may be interested in for when you call.
By the end of the month we will be on line with Reserve America. You can book on line at that time.
Yea 2 per sight
I would suggest calling directly as the most up to date information will be provided by the park officials.
