I love this school, it is a wonderful and fun environment for my son. The school is clean and the instructors teach in a fun way that really engages the students.

My wife and I are senior citizens. Is it OK for us to take Tai Chi classes at this stage of our lives?

Um, it is usually martial arts and boxing. You can, and i strongly support it, but its only really martial arts.
