I adore this place. I’ve taken my whippet here since I got him when he was a puppy. The staff here is super friendly, very helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve also used their boarding service and they gave my pup the highest quality of care!

I truly love how the staff cares for the animals, like they are their babies. The staff is also very approachable and conversational. My only complaint is their transparency with recommended procedures. I was advised my dog needed a "fecal check" procedure that turned out to be an additional $100, and had I known, I would have declined it. (My dog is an only dog and an inside one at that.) Now I have a bad taste in my mouth and will constantly be looking, asking and expecting hidden fees, and that's disappointing. They don't need to hide or be shady with care recommendations; their loving handling towards my furbabies is worth any straight forward, honestly discussed care I would have trusted them to provide. I will be thinking twice about bringing my pets back here and possibly looking for another vet.

I am a first time dog owner and Riverview was recommended to me by a friend. They are always so excited to see Noodle (Golden puppy) and treat him so well. No hidden fees and relatively inexpensive. I am really writing this review to thank the staff at the hospital. My puppy ended up contracting Parvo around 10 weeks old. I was an absolute mess and the tech and vet were so patient with me. They were calm and factual about the disease, and though I was hysterically sobbing they continued to treat me with extreme kindness. Noodle made a full recovery and is healthy as ever. When I took him to his next booster appointment, the tech that helped us that day took our appointment to check on Noodle herself. This meant the world to me and if there was any doubt that the staff at Riverview selflessly cared for animals before, there certainly wasn't now. If you are thinking about having Riverview care for your pet, please know that it is the best decision you will make. Thank you Riverview!!!
