Unfortunately my experience has been the same as others. I received a settlement minus a Medicare lien. Our accountant and other professional's can't find this lien and it does not appear on any credit report or other supporting documents. I did receive "update" emails always stating that the special master needed more time. I have attempted contact numerous time with no response. I suppose our only recourse is to file formal bar complaints.

It was impossible to reach any one regarding my medical malpractice case. In meanwhile my case hit the statue of limitation. So if they are not calling you in 2 weeks. It means they already too money from the other side and you case will be out of time. One of the worst company ever. Stay away! Fi Ps: Finally I heard from the company after almost 2 years. I have the case another company and happy about it! Working with real lawyers is priceless

Horrible lack of communication. Will send dozens of emails to sign their contract, but can't be bothered to call you for a scheduled appointment to answer questions about their contract. Twice now for missed calls. Ridiculous and won't be signing anything with this joke of a law firm.
