Sebring, Fl location. with Dr. Priscilla Sosa. Amazing staff. Great experience. I was able to set an appointment in short notice as a new patient. They are amazing in explaining everything that will be done and that helped me be much more calm and relaxed. They worked with my schedule and were able to have me come back after lunch for the extraction. Completely pain free. I will definitely make follow ups.

If I could put negative number, I would!!! They were very polite and nice, they take my husband's insurance but... when we came for the first appointment my husband was denied the appointment itself because I showed the papers saying that I have the power of medical attorney. No reason was given, they just said that they insist on being able to communicate with the patient himself. Can they legally deny patient just because my husband has a condition that requires me to make legal decisions for him? I am furious!!! I already complained to my husband's insurance plan and now am going to take this to the Dentists Association. From my point of view it is very fishy that they don't want to deal with a patient's representative in their right mind. And now I have to look for another dentist, who would take this insurance and I am not sure that I can find one close to us. Disgusting experience!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would and strictly for the front desk. First time we went, they could only do exams so we scheduled a cleaning for 2 weeks later. Cleaning comes around and oh, they don’t have me scheduled, yet we PREPAID for the appointment. So we reschedule. Then our rescheduled appointment comes up and now they don’t have my cavity appointment. The front desk is the so unhelpful and unprofessional. It is quite a shame that Taryn, the hygienist, and the dentist are so friendly and great when you have a bad front desk team.

I had an appointment the next day, but I was in such pain, I walked in that morning. They got me in within ten minutes of arrival. Olivia was probably the nicest dental assistant I've ever encountered. She got my x-rays done in record time so I could see the hygienist and doctor, who were also friendly and professional. I feel so much better now, and look forward to, well, nobody likes to go to the dentist, but I'm glad knowing I'm in good hands at the Sebring Aspen Dental. Keep up the good work!

yes I did they told me everything was covered keep going and then they tried to build me but they were very dignified about it and I was able to get my money back
After impressions were taken I waited a month with no follow up call from aspen in sebring for fittings, After a number of attempts I finally got through to the office and was told I had to come back in so they could take new impressions, when I asked why I was given the lame excuse that it was longer then 3 weeks so it had to be done again, needless to say it was b.s. so I told them I no longer wanted to feal with aspen. *deal
