I’ve never worked with a cemetery so money hungry in my life with such little given in return. Facility is poorly maintained - the sofas in the masoleums are at least 35 years old and infested with bugs and gnats. Went to purchase a bronze vase for my moms crypt was told $995 plus administrative fee to “process paperwork” the vase is sold online for $206. I purchased one for my fathers crypt two years ago was $735 when I questioned the 35% price increase I was told I purchased on a promotion that ended 12/31/21. They would not honor the old price even though it was only two weeks past the “promotional” expiration date. We told them everyone was sick at the end of the year and couldn’t get there to purchase they didn’t care. I pulled my contract for the first vase no where on the purchase contract does it state that was a promotional price - word of advice DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Bunch of crooks.

Woodbridge Memorial Gardens charges PREMIUM prices and offers SUB STANDARD service and upkeep. I went to place flowers at my father's crypt and they have NO running water in the whole building. I had to fill up the vase with snow from outside. This is the second time they have had no running water in 3 weeks. This place is really going down. I have spent $30K at this cemetery and I can't even get something as simple as running water. What a shame. Mike LoGiudice

Has anyone been to Woodbridge Gardens lately? What I saw today, 12-14-19, was disrepair. Water leaking thru the walls with a pipe coming out of it being held down by sandbags draped across the walkway. It's disrespectful to see our loved ones not taken care. Can't find anyone there to talk with, seems to be a go up the chain kind of deal.
