Ad stated free cookbook with “any purchase.” The promo code went through. But the cookbook did not arrive. Company claimed the item I ordered is excluded from the promo. Despite the fact that the ad says “free with any purchase” and that the promo went through. To resolve the issue they allow me to make another purchase and then they will send the cookbook! Chutzpah. The item itself that I ordered was very nice, a shame that they lost a potential repeat customer. Dishonest and unprofessional
