I have never left a review on google before but I will now. This is actually the worst office I've ever experienced, and I've been to a lot of doctors. One time I got hung up on 5 times trying to make an appointment and it got so frustrating I had to GO there in order to do it. Another time I went in to make a telehealth appointment since I knew calling would get me nowhere and the woman at the front desk gave me a date and time and then on said date no one called. I called and asked for an explanation. She never put it in the system. This last time pushed me over the edge. I got a new doctor and she said when putting my prescription in that she was new and didn't really know what she was doing. THEN said she wouldn't prescribe one of my pills BECAUSE SHE HAS NEVER HEARD OF IT. It's almost a week later and I still have neither of my prescriptions. I have truly never met a group of more incompetent people in my life.

This place is the worst clinic ever (Astoria branch) , I had my first check up last Saturday morning October 1st. First of all the front desk helper is very rude (short hispanic lady) and speaks very poor english. Doesn’t know how to greet people and rudely hand paper without telling what it is for. I was seen by a lady and told me to wait for the prescription for couple of hours before I go to the pharmacy. Late in the afternoon I went to the pharmacy and they inform that there’s no prescription sent by the clinic. I went back the next day (Sunday) still doesn’t have the prescription. I waited Monday to call customer service, a guy answered and told me it was sent just a minute ago. I was a relieved for a minute knowing what he said. Went back to pharmacy but still no prescription from the clinic. I was so mad and called the number again. A lady picked up the phone saying that the clinic was closed on Monday. So how in the world that the guy told me it was sent in the morning. He’s probably just being lazy and wants to get rid of me on the phone. Again I called Tuesday (October 4) morning and a guy said it was confirmed that the prescription is already in the pharmacy, went back again and still no prescription. I was very furious and called the number again, now they’re saying that I need a authorization and will transfer me to another provider, they transferred my call to the Astoria branch but no one is answering the phone. Called back the main number again now they’re saying it’s a technical issue and will call me. It’s already Wednesday and still no call from them. I don’t know what’s going on is it just me or this clinic hired the most laziest and very unprofessional people. I’m warning you all not to come to this clinic. It’s a waste of time. If you’re having a pain they won’t help you at all and let you wait and die.

Very irresponsible staff. I made an appointment providing my insurance information and as I walked in to the office they said they don't take my insurance even though they took all of my information. Wasted my time.
