The staff is very nice and friendly. When we're arrived, there were dead flies and dead stink bugs on the windowsill. I left a note, asking housekeeping to clean it. They did, and changed the towels. That was Wednesday. We left Saturday, and our room had not been touched since Wednesday. No trash taken out, dirty towels not removed, coffee supplies not replaced, nothing. I am very disappointed with the housekeeping aspect of this hotel. Other than this issue, which is a big deal to me, our stay was great.

Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is delicious. Staff is friendly. Complimentary cookies, lemon water, coffee, and tea are served in the lobby. We stayed for 3 nights. Will definitely book this hotel again if we come back to the area.

By far the best hotel my family and I have stayed in. Very clean! The indoor heated pool was actually warm enough for my toddlers to enjoy without chattering teeth. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety for all ages. The staff was all super friendly! Thank you for a great stay!

My experience was amazing. Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. The house keepers were awesome. They stayed on top of keeping the rooms cleaned. It's pet friendly and my dogs were treated with as much respect as my family and I were. And the kids enjoyed the pool as the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you for making our family vacation amazing!
