One of the front desk nurses confused my patient information with someone else. Thankfully I was paying attention to their conversation and realized the nurse was actually talking about me and the patient was so confused so I had to walk up and clear the confusion. The nurses at the desk were friendly but you could hear gossip or little snide comments about the printer being down and that it’s not their job to fix anything. It just didn’t present as professional. I also waited 1 hour to get seen and another 40 mins for my results. Normally i have a good visit but this was just out of this world.
