I requested information because I need to order my bouquet, center pieces and sprays we need for my weeding. The first response by email to my request was nice and attentive (from the owner - Tampa store) but since I didn't receive the quote or follow-up, I stopped by to the store in New Port Richey (which is the closest one to me) and the lady there was very rude, grumpy face all the time I was there, not willing to help a customer or provide suggestions about the arrangements and flowers I want, nor even take my information to pass it on somebody that could help, she kept saying that she did not have anything to do with my request of quote. Since I insisted that I already sent my request, she called her boss in Tampa and just to tell me that I needed to contact the store in Tampa. If she can't make the minimum effort to attend customers and provide a good service, why to bother on having a store where they treat you as a unwanted?!?! That convinced me to take my business somewhere else...

I received a beautiful Christmas arrangement in a reindeer vase from this flower shop. It was composed of • • •Red Roses • Red Mini Carnations • White Lilies • White Alstroemeria • Evergreens • Felt Antlers The first one lasted barely a week and everything died. Even the carnations which never die in a week. My favorite flower I get frequently and they last up to 2-3 weeks. I called shop and eventually they sent a second one. It was not as full as first, but I did not call back as busy with Christmas. Again, this arrangement lasted only a week, except for 2 carnations which I had removed and put with my other Christmas bouquet my husband bought. I am not sure if it was something in the evergreens or anything else attached. But, truly a waste of money for my friend. I did not bother calling shop a second time because I do not want more Christmas flowers and for it to happen twice is crazy. I was also upset they downsized from original. I showed my friend and although pretty arrangement, just upset at situation and problem with flowers. My bouquet from grocery store is still standing strong. I gave them back the damaged one and threw out second. Just sad.

Nothing beats flowers and balloons to brighten a hospital room! We will deliver a beautiful bouquet or green plant to the front desk at the hospital. A hospital employee or volunteer will take it from there. Check with us about sending hospital flowers to find about ICU and patients who have been discharged policy.

Let us know when ordering or put a note online in the Special Instructions section of the order to let us know it’s a secure area or building. Some facilities will allow delivery to a gate guard or main office, so let us know if that’s an option.
Absolutely! Sympathy arrangements take priority . If you say, for example, “memorial service at 11:00 AM,” we’ll make a special effort to deliver the arrangement the day before or early in the morning.
We will, but usually we’d rather not. Hot sun, wind, freezing temps, dogs and cats can wreak havoc on your gift very quickly. Of course, we’ll honor your request if you let us know or put a note online in the Special Instructions section saying “please leave it at the door if no one is at home.” Or if the shop has contacted the recipient and knows they will be home soon, they might make an exception.
It depends on what you prefer! Usually we instruct delivery drivers to bring the flowers back to the shop for safekeeping. If you prefer that we leave your gift with a neighbor, just let us know when calling or in the Special Instructions section online of the order type “If no one’s at home, leave it with a neighbor.” In either case, the recipient will be notified with a message on the door or a voice mail from the florist.
We can't guarantee it, but we'll do our best! Just add a note in the Special Instructions section online or tell us when calling in. For example, say "deliver before 3:00 PM, she leaves work then." That way the driver will know to make it a priority.
