This place looks really peaceful, but yet it's so sad that people who spent their days in asylum were buried here with digest instead of their real names. I glad that it seems not completely abandoned and they actually clean it.

The graveyard was very peaceful and pretty. But the trail heading away from the graveyard was full of broken glass. We had our 2 dogs with us and had to turn around to avoid injuring their feet. It was very disappointing because it was only a few yards in to the trail past the graveyard, and we were really looking forward to a cloudy fall day hike.

I was overcome with a great sadness when i visited here. that was before i read up on its history which made it even more depressing. So heartbreaking that these poor souls were discarded is such a meaningless manner. Sad but interesting
