I attended my first sound meditation with Tonia yesterday. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt relaxed and welcomed. The space was clean and had special little gifts placed about with sacred spaces between. The meditation room was large and comfortable. The acoustics in the room allowed for clear, crisp sounds and vibrations that resonated with no interference creating a sense of flow and freedom.

Love this studio. An authentic and safe place to meditate. The guided meditations with Tania need to be experienced to be understood but there’s no way one can experience this at home. Tania is very down to earth and open and accepting of everyone at all stages of their practice.
