Food was excellent, however, speed of service and customer service were lacking. They were busy, which I get. But an order shouldn't take 30 minutes to make. And the lady that gave it to me was abrupt and not friendly. Seemed mad when I asked for a drink cup when I had purchased a drink.

Usually I don't write reviews but just received rotten salad greens with MOLD starting to grow on them 🤢Someone needs to start doing some serious quality control before handing things off to customers.

I order from this location at least once a week and they don't give you what you order. They've literally messed up on all of my orders. I ordered a salad today and made a couple of modifications and they gave me the wrong salad and just didn't care. Also 90% of the salad was welted (literally brown). This is unacceptable and I won't be wasting my time ordering from this location again!!! Also ordered cheddar and broccoli and half salad for my co-worker and they gave her chicken noodle soup. But when I ordered they said they had the soup and my co-worker can't eat pasta... Think before ordering here!!! If I could give 0 stars I would've.

I ordered a pick 2, chicken cases Caesar salad and broccoli cheddar soup. The salad was wilted and gross. The soup that I received was chicken noodle.. Far from what I ordered, plus I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup for a reason. I can't eat pasta. They did not ask if they could Substitute for another kind. Very disappointed in this place. I rated with1 star, which was too much.. We placed A group order from work. Not only was my order wrong, there was issues with everyone else's order as well.. Very disappointed in the service from this establishment and their lack of consideration! Poor service.
