I don't understand why the dump is closed on Sunday and only open til noon on saturday.. So when I work all week and can't make it to the dump on the week days then on Saturday I only have til noon that is complete bullshyt...

Yes you can and they will tell you where to put them
I believe they do but there is a fee, they have a website that may list the amount
