This Starbucks and their staff they not very welcoming it's as if they are all angry anyhow they seem to always not make your order as it's requested .I asked for a refresher no ice no water just the juice they filled my cup up half ways I ordered a trenta the lady handed me the drink half full said thank you ,I asked her if she could feel it up she did but she said for future references ask for more strawberries honestly I didn't understand what she meant. I don't care much for their ice because the Hanford / Lemoore water taste funky and when they throw strawberries it's a bunch or dust . And besides Their drinks aren't as tasty as the other Starbucks around Hanford .

the last 2 times i went i had gotten pink drinks both times, and both of those times they had rotten coconut milk in them, and today i went to this location again, may as well give it a chance, and i ordered a mocha cookie frappe with extra cookies, there was bo cookies in my drink only on top AND my drink wasnt sweet. at all. i asked all my family members to try it and they all said it was gross, it was extremely bitter as if no sweeteners were added to it.

Iced coffee has been tasting bitter and disgusting lately. Extremely dark with a nasty aftertaste. It was my go to for almost 3 years, save yourself the hassle and go to the Costco location. The workers are friendly and welcoming however the coffee itself doesn’t taste nowhere near what it’s supposed to be.

Ordered a Venti White Chocolate Mocha Breve extremely hot, Pumpkin Spice Latte Breve with regular heat and a Venti Water. My brother went with me to pick up the order but he was the one driving. That was a mistake since he doesn't frequent starbucks. The barista didn't give us a drink carrier and my brother didn't think it was strange how light the White Mocha was when it was handed to him. When I got home I handed over the drink but it felt really light. My mother opens it up and the drink was only half full and cold. Initially I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and say that the whip cream melted but I ordered at 8:11pm which the app said to pick up in 3-6 minutes. I got there at 8:17pm through the drive thru and even the service was lack luster/awkward. My drink came out just how I wanted it but my mom was the one with the idea and it was pure disappointment. The contents of the drink fit into a 10oz mug which we then reheated it in the microwave. This kinda thing happens a lot at this Starbucks and the one on 12th Ave. You'd think I'd know better by now. I think I'm taking my business to Dutch Bros even if it is pricier. The drinks are so creamy smooth and the service is A1! Been there in Renton, WA. Denver, CO. which they never disappoint and now lil Hanford has one :D !
