I'll start by saying we've ordered from here before and have been satisfied. This last time we ordered our food showed up burnt. They were closed when I went to call to let them know. I messaged on Facebook to show them the food and never got a response, it's been a week now. We called today and explained and the person on the phone said they would let their manager know. Hopefully we will hear from them soon because we enjoyed ordering from here. Super bummed to leave a bad review here. 😞 50 dollars was alot for burnt food. ****** EDIT ***** Issue was resolved. Have had multiple orders back-to-back-to-back messed up, does not matter whether we call to order or place order online. I cannot think of another place we order food from that we can consistently expect something to be made incorrectly to how we order it (simple things, like removing items from a sub). Reached out to company on Facebook to mention this, never heard back. Despite these issues, the wait time has never been long and food has been fresh. So that's a plus. Would recommend looking elsewhere for anything other than pizza or calzones. Looking for some good pizza that won't take too long to make? This is your place.

What a disappointment. We just moved to Lagrange from Elyria and would go to the Elyria location once a month. We went to the lagrange location and it does not compare to the Elyria one. Ordered extra sauce and over half the pizza doesnt even have sauce. Pizza here is very lackluster. LaGrange Village Pizza is 10x better than this location. Elyria Romeos really raised the bar and the lagrange location wasnt even close. Elyria romeos had better pizza, better customer service compared to the girls who seemed bothered I disturbed they're talking session when i picked up my pizza. Elyria location can teach a thing or two to Lagrange staff and management.

Really enjoy your pizza!!! So happy you started delivering to Litchfield. I am handicapped and this has been wonderful. We love your pizza’s and subs. My wife loves your New York White and my favorite is your thin crust Buffalo chicken.
