Positive: See below. The deskclerk woman whom I immediately notified about thir wifi being offline was flummoxed and way outta her league. Next morning, the older man understod my situation and let me stay in the room 2 hrs past checkout for upload to Japan to run. Negative: Internet was down completely during my entire stay. It was clearly not a place for IT hotshots and geeks to hang out, but I had to upload a major new viedo to a conference in Kyoto on tight deadline. Fortunately my phone worked, very slowly, as a hotspot.

Staff was condescending and rude. How? We booked online saving six dollars from just walking in. Called ahead to confirm 7am check in was ok. Hotel manager said ok. Upon arrival, another staff member denied check in until 3pm only because we didn’t pay the hotel directly, which would have been six more dollars. Not wanting to sleep in the car for eight hours, our alternative was to just double pay, which the staff gladly accepted and let us check in at 7 am. The next morning upon check out, we were startled by a loud knock at the door five minutes prior to check out time. Running a few minutes later than the expected checkout time, another loud knock at our door accompanied by a simultaneous phone call from the lobby to remind us to leave immediately was shocking. After yelling through the door that we’re leaving in a couple minutes, the manager actually opened our door. This bothered us. In addition, constant construction on adjacent rooms during the stay was bothersome. Parking was good. Room cleanliness was acceptable. Security was excellent, although the guard treated me like I didn’t belong there. I won’t go back here and don’t recommend staying here, unless you want to feel unwelcome. I understand this is a tough time for this business, but that doesn’t excuse being rude to your paying guests.

Have not stayed here considering the circumstances, they need to fix a lot like they attitudes towards people . Roaches and cleaning needs to be #1 taken care of. Roaches carry diseases and attract other bugs.

They have Security now and they do a great job in keeping jerks out of the hotel.
Yes, you need ID. Not sure about the nightly rate because it's different on Friday and Saturday, but they are $450 for a week. It's a special rate.
If bas online is the race for $ 80 and if you go to the office $ 120
Quiet and clean. No pool. But an excellent value
