Seems like dealing with scammers, the main company doesn’t want to cancel my policy

this insurance company is by far the worst company i’ve had. it is so unreliable. the customer service is horrible, slow, and inefficient. i have never been angrier in my life. words cannot describe how i feel about this company. it’s cheaper than other companies, but it is an unreliable agency when it comes to you needing help or when you’re in a predicament where you need urgent help with your car. i will not be with this company any longer. you guys have lost a great customer because i would pay my bills on time. frankly, i think this agency should not be running, if this is how they treat their customers.

The day of my accident it went amazing all the way till I had to send pictures over after that I never heard from anyone again, calling and calling and no one telling me anything, and Pamela Hairston never answers her phone, someone can tell me she’s in her office but she will never answer and will never return calls no matter how many times you call her. After a month of calling someone was finally able to answer me and say, “nobody told you?” Women your the first person to give me a answer. month later my car is in the shop and they didn’t schedule a rental right, now I’m without a car trying to figure out from someone how to get a rental that they was supposed to have a reservation for me and guess what? Pamela Hairston Still doesn’t answer, worse service ever.

Cheap insurance compared to others, but I've asked about my bill twice now... And twice I've been told they'd call back or email. No calls or emails have been returned. If the answer about my bill is no, just say that. Also, what kind of insurance company doesn't have a 24hr line?
