Great sites! The pads were well maintained and the services (electric and water) worked great. During the storm, we didn't lose power once. The table has a very sturdy, ample roof. The tent pad is nice and flat and the whole area is covered in nice gravel with no stickers, rocks, or weeds -- well maintained. Was a great location for the pups to hang out outside without getting into stickers or too dirty. I know a lot of it has to do with the area vs other TX State Parks, but it was just nice. There is a single restroom facility at the front of this camp area, but it is well maintained.

Gorgeous views from the campsite! Massive space between RV pads! Amazing outside patio with cover and aluminum table! Large red granite rocks for seating if you forgot you're own! Plenty of space at the park for corn hole, darts, or even a little baseball tossing with the little peeps! Wildlife was cool too, complete with friendly Road runners and Terrantula Spiders!

Stayed in the juniper campground over memorial day weekend. Campsites were nice and bathroom were clean and new. Nicest campsite i have stayed at in a Texas state park. We had wild turkeys and rabbits in our campsite. Great stop off on way to Colorado.

Absolutely spectacular hikes and views. Bring plenty of water if you go in August. We want to come back in the winter time.

Yes, this is a State Park and this would be the Juniper Loop within the park. Dogs are allowed but must be on a leash
This park is part of Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Camping information and reservations can be found on their website.
