From the Lake dam to before Santa Fe - Beautiful, well kept, homeless sleeping/wandering about. Near Santa Fe bridge and Low Water Dam - Sewer rich stink, poor fish population, trash galore, poor city care, questionable toxicity levels, various people - some friendly, some very not.
