I started work at 8pm and didn’t get off till 6 am … it is now 2 pm and I have yet to been paid .. I called and asked and they keep giving me the run around .. they also canceled my job ticket to give it to someone else even though I had the ticket and just worked the job .. I’m starting to feel that they are doing this purposely.. I have never went through this.

An employee at this location by the name of Kim was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. I received a call from her around 9 am. She proceeded to falsely accuse me of requesting a job ticket for a week that I was unaware of. After telling her that I didn't even know of her or this matter until just now. She insisted that I spoke with her and hung up the phone in my face. I pulled over, called back and asked to speak to someone in management. I was transferred to the assistant manage Leroy, who lacked empathy and knowledge of procedures within the office. He stated that the conversation was between Kim and I and that he could not help me. Didn't offer an apology or even attempt to rectify the matter in any way. Kim took no accountability for actions. She is a poor representation of PeopleReady and should be trained thoroughly on customer service, if this is her field of choice. I wouldn't dare work as an employer who doesn't value it's employees or contractors. This Jobstack app has multiple locations listed for each job ticket. Please use caution when booking job tickets with the Lawrenceville location.

I had a really bad experience from this location. Kimmy is so unprofessional! I had a scheduled appointment before 1:00. I drove over 1.5h to get there only to be told to come back tomorrow. Really. I was scheduled before 1:00 to get there. She stated she closes at 1:30. She stated that the app process was too long for her to assist me now. Really what?!!😶 I arrived at 12:05 p.m. and was turned around at 12:20 p.m. Kimmy left the office behind me and drove off in her Mercedes Benz while I sat in the parking lot looking at her dive off at 12:20. She waved me goodbye in her car as she drove off. Go figure. I'm was a potential new candidate looking for work. Bad Business. We see that new potentials hires are not important here at PplReady. Running her errand was. I filed a complaint with the True Blue Compliance Ctr. regarding my experience. I wasted my time and gas to come all that way to be turned around. Gas prices are extremely high. I'm requesting a reimbursement for my gas!! KB
