Our Windstream Tech came out ASAP. He reset and explained everything in great detail. He went overboard to be sure we understood and even checked out our system to be sure it worked before he left. Our Tech is an asset to Windstream.

I am not sure if this is the correct location as the technician stated a different one but this is the link that populated on my chat box review so I will post here as well. Amazing, amazing, amazing!!! Nathan deserves 10 stars, not 5! Professional, nice, and hard-working! This is our third time having Windstream come out to fix our service. We originally had 15mbps but only 6mbps would come through. After a couple of calls, Windstream gave us a free upgrade to 25mbps. The technician came out but was still only able to get us 11mbps. I work remote and my boyfriend is a gamer so this was unacceptable. I tried making a couple more calls to Windstream and they said they would send another technician out. If we weren't able to get the required internet that we needed, I was going to cancel and make other accommodations.. And here comes Nathan, ready to work! He got us 27mbps!!! I am so excited, happy, and RELIEVED. Thank you so, so, soooo much Nathan!! You saved Windstream a customer by going above and beyond! I greatly appreciate it and wish you the best! Your manager needs to give you a raise!!

The technician was awesome. He was in and out within about 10 minutes. Problem I have now is that I'm being charged a higher rate than I was quoted on the phone. I spoke with two different Representatives and they knew each other from working together in the past. Akia set up my account at a cost of $29.99. Amanda verified all the information a day later and also gave me the same price. She made all the necessary notes. When I got my bill for $43, I called again today. She found no notes and made no effort to find them but gave me a $5 discount on the $43. It's still was not the price I was quoted. So technician was awesome, customer service from Akea, and Amanda were excellent customer service reps. The rep I spoke to today wanted to argue more than help. So that's my experience. I will update this if they correct it.
