I've been shopping at UR since it first opened. Why? Two reasons: incredibly low-priced merchandise and excellent quality. My closet is still full of the very high-quality items Ive purchased over the years. Now, however, the last few years, the prices are higher and the merchandise quality is no where close to what it should be. I can find lower prices for new merchandise at a sale at Macy's, Belk"s, Talbot's and several other nearby shops. I still occasionally drop in UR to take a look, but I rarely find one item to purchase.
