We changed to HEB pharmacy after 4 years of using another pharmacy when we moved to Richmond, and the difference is amazing! The staff at HEB are great: friendly greeting, helpful with insurance and other issues, respectful even when customers are frustrated, and there is usually just a short wait to be helped. Doing business with them feels more like a 'small town' rather than a 'big box' pharmacy. We have used various pharmacies when we lived in 5 different states over the years, most of which were good, and this HEB is the best! Sorry for such a long review, there is not enough room to describe the positive experiences we have had in the short time we have used them. Super job, keep up the good work!!!

Micheal Tran was so AWESOME!!!! Super sweet and nice as well as making sure he did what he could to get my daughter's script filled as soon as he could ! He even called to check how my daughter was doing 2 days later which I thought was very thoughtful ! lovely staff as well & great team work & HEB is lucky to have y'all !! I will now always do my shopping there!!!!
