It is worth mentioning that customers care a lot about us, I have found it necessary to send emails to international @ hitechpharma to verify the authenticity of some products that I have purchased in some supplement stores in Mexico City. In the same way where there are stores that can provide me with their excellent products. Anyway, what I want to share is that they answer and answer my questions on the same day and in a very professional way as if I had purchased the products directly with them. This review is for working at Hitech pharmaceutical, Norcross-GA Lab. As mentioned in previous review "Discriminatory staff with unqualified and lazy managers", it is 100% true. Please don't overlook this reviews unless if you want to juggle your career. Its not a pharmaceutical it's a dietary supplement manufacturer, so don't keep in mind to learn anything since lab does not follow no regulations. Also as mentioned in previous comments about FDA audits and fraud's, they are true. If you work here it will be of no use and incorrect. None of the lab analyst have prior experience, so basically lab runs on trial and error method. So called supervisor does not have any analytical knowledge or experience and works and ask you to run samples based on methods found on google search(what any high school graduate can do now a days). So called supervisor discriminates and follow poor work ethics. If you complain to owners, no action will be taken and you end up loosing your job.Just to give an idea..there were 4 resignation from lab in 2018,1 full time hire(me )was retaliated because I complained for discrimination and harassment at work and 4 interns were fired with none of their fault(because supervisor decided to). Company does not have any HR department so they don't give you any offer letter or joining letter or employee handbook. They make their own rules when needed. Pay is as low as labor work, benefits none, number of paid leaves 10. They will tell you that its a flexible work schedule and you can make up your hours and days..but don't get caught up in this buttery words. Special message to Georgia Gwinnett College students: " Even if you are getting paid internship" or full time job..please dont take it. Its a Trap. Only those people who don't have self respect or who can kiss someone's A**, who can work blindly, using no mind, kind of doing a labor work or you think you cant find work anywhere else..you can risk your self by joining this company...And if you still join, work like a dumb...don't gossip or share your thoughts with any analyst, don't get mingled with them. They hear you, will provoke you to say what you feel and will interpret it wrong way and tell so called supervisor..I mean I can just say that people work there are like a " gossipers" with no self respect. Supervisor is so discriminatory that while she has to talk to you she will keep her 2 of favorite analyst as a Witness. ( why would someone has to keep witness if you are following work ethics). There is more and more to share but I will end it here and requesting you to PLEASE DON'T WORK IN NORCROSS LAB".
