This is the best fast food place in Dunnellon to get a burger however the customer service is just falling short for me which is why I'm giving 2 stars. I eat here 1-2 times a week and get the same thing. A double cheeseburger with no bun. Sonic puts my round burger in a tiny rectangular paper hotdog boat which makes it impossible to cut up and eat out of. I am never given the mayo or ketchup that comes on the burger (that I would have gotten had I ordered the bun). I have had to ask for the condiments every time. In addition, I'm never given a napkin, knife, or fork. I always have to ask for those as well.' I always order a burger with no bun at your competitors too, but they put it in a proper plastic container that fits the size of the burger. They give me a napkin, knife, and fork without me having to ask and they put the condiments that come on the burger on the burger with out me having to ask. They also put it all in a bag for me instead of handing me each individual item as you do. I'm almost to the point that I don't want to eat here because your employees can't give me what comes on the burger and the utensils/napkins that I shouldn't have to ask for. Your customers shouldn't have to ask can I have mayo, ketchup, a knife, fork and napkin.
