Saw like 6 bays open and they told me that they were full. They close at 7 yet at 6 they do too box turn in so they technically close at 6. They have no rebuilding or welding support. Hours are very inflexible to anyone working at the hangar.

Yes, but unfortunately the rotors today are made to be thrown away- if they need to be turned there usually is not enough metal left to turn and still be within spec.
